Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee policy. Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason we will happily take it back. (The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs should an item be returned.)

Please contact us immediately regarding any concerns with your purchase you may have following either the receipt/confirmation or after receiving your order in the mail so that we can try to right any problem. We want you to enjoy both your jewelry and your purchasing of it! We appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems/mistakes prior to receiving/leaving feedback.
